Probabilities before narratives
Three mutually exclusive outcomes
Every seeded case is settled into exactly one scenario. The displayed probabilities total 100%.
Commercial competition simulator
Run a reproducible, probability-based launch simulation across your brand, named competitors, and US customer and platform response.
Scenario lab
Brief inputs remain editable until adjudication. Change an assumption, continue the turn, and the same core engine reruns the scenario.
Live facilitated run
The brief remains editable. On adjudication, changed inputs and interventions rerun through the seeded engine.
Competitive response
Live commercial theater
Animated decision playback of a synthetic commercial model. Routes visualize evidence flow, not observed customer behavior.

Authenticated workspace
Only runs owned by the signed-in account are available here. Select 2–4 runs for a p50 comparison.
Public trials remain available without an account. Authentication is required only to save, compare, export, or delete server-backed runs.

Control center
Clear defaults, explicit data boundaries, and no hidden publishing or payment behavior.
No-login trials are ephemeral and use the same deterministic simulation engine as saved runs. The browser keeps only the current in-page result.
Completed runs are stored in the existing MySQL repository only after authenticated save. Ownership checks apply to detail, compare, export, and delete.
Provider mode, model, timing, fallback status, and non-secret fingerprints are recorded. Credentials are never accepted as scenario inputs or returned to the client.
Off by default. Product analytics are not implemented in blueprint v1.1.0, and no payment or public publishing capability is enabled.
Delete saved runs from Run history. Deletion is scoped to the authenticated owner and removes the run and its status events.
